It's our differences that make all the difference.

Sacramento is our home and we know that “the City of Trees” and its surrounding region comprise one of the most racially diverse, multicultural, and vibrant communities in the nation. We not only work here. We live here too. These are our communities. And we are proud to be a part of it.

Diversity in a research program is important for several reasons. First, where we live, how we live, and our background can all affect our health. Second, many groups of people have been left out of research in the past. This means we know less about their health.

Quote from David Lubarsky

Our role as the region’s only academic medical center is to move science forward and help eliminate health disparities in underrepresented communities when new treatments arise.

Why All of Us at UC Davis Health?

UC Davis Health is a nationally renowned academic health center dedicated to the health and health care of the populations we serve. The UC Davis Health All of Us team is committed to helping elevate and amplify the voices of our local communities through precision medicine and biomedical research. All of Us is dedicated to better health, both in the future and today.

The All of Us Research Program has learned from history. We want to be sure we do things right, so many different groups of people can join. That is why we are seeking your support. Your support will help us reach your community and help us ensure that your community is included as we work to improve the health of all living in the United States.

A healthier future. Let’s work on it together.

We are asking people from all over the United States to join All of Us so that our research reflects the diversity of our country. People who join will give us information about their health, habits, and what it's like where they live. By looking for patterns, researchers may learn more about what affects people's health.
